Courtyard Alexandria Old Town/Southwest Hotel

At my first stay, the staff helped with directions. This place suits me perfectly. It has free Wi-Fi, on-site car park, 24-hour reception, and a fitness center. I keep returning for a romantic escape.

Attended a synod and found the hotel ideal for business. The business center was efficient and convenient for my work needs. The express check-out saved time and the complimentary newspapers were a nice touch, keeping me updated during my stay.

I missed having a microwave in the room for warming up meals to meet my work schedule demands.

I spend 2 nights in Alexandria lovely. Welcoming and incredible staff as one would expect. The shuttle to airport was a great perk and breakfast was included. The service was good with parking onsite. Got complimentary ironing, that was nice of them.

Contemporary hotel, it has magnificent views and easy location in Old Town. The atmosphere of the property is family.

Great location, very convenient to nearby metro station and has a free shuttle service. the room had a balcony with a pleasant view of the surrounding residential areas. the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious.

The design of the bathroom was weird and inconvenient, with no space to put shampoo bottles or other items. the hotel did not provide free breakfast, even though I booked it through a third-party website.

It is a hip new hotel, I loved extremely pleasant rooms and perfect location. Outstanding staff on reception and elsewhere. Location is in 5 minutes' walk to Eisenhower Avenue subway station.

We were able to leave our car parked after checkout and explore the capital a bit more. it was a pleasant experience and I would definitely stay again.

The location of this hotel was convenient for dinner, as it is situated in a safe area not far from public transportation and very close to shops. the hotel is right on the auto train from Florida. The room was clean and comfortable with nice linens and towels.

The customer service at this hotel was poor, with staff not properly informing guests of their policies and contradicting information given between reservations and the hotel.

I had a wonderful experience at the Courtyard hotel. the location was perfect for our needs, with everything we wanted to visit within walking distance. the staff, especially Muhammad, was incredibly helpful and friendly. They provided me with a toothbrush and toothpaste when I had forgotten mine, making my stay even more enjoyable. the room was clean and comfortable, and the Bistro served delicious breakfast for me and my guests. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends, coworkers, and myself for future stays.

I recently stayed at Courtyard in Alexandria for a short business trip. The location was convenient and the staff was wonderful. The renovations were fantastic and the bed was comfy. The shower had great water pressure and the sink responded well to changing temperatures. The hotel also had a one stop shop by check-in which was really nice.

The comfortable bed at this hotel was like sleeping on a fluffy cloud. I felt like I was being enveloped in a warm hug, and it made for an incredibly restful night's sleep.
